Returns and Refunds

BLACK FRIDAY AND FLASH SALES: Please note that coupons DO NOT apply to Black Friday and Flash sales.

Courier fees

If you have qualified for the R1500 free delivery please note that exchange and return courier costs will be need to be paid by you.

If you have a normal return or exchange please courier ( do not use the post office) the garments to:

Back orders Explained

If your order indicates BACKORDER on our website it means that the product is currently out of stock but will be produced for you within 7/10 working days.

Free promo products

There will be NO cash refunds, or exchanges on free promotional items.

Can I exchange items from the online store?

Should you wish to exchange a non-defective product within 7-days of the date that it was delivered, please retain the product in its original packaging, with labels attached, and do not wear the product at all. To arrange an exchange, you can contact accounts@hannahgrace.co.za to check on stock availability. Please note that the courier cost would be for your account.

Can I return items from the online store for a refund?

Should you wish to get a refund on a non-defective product within 7-days of the date that it was delivered, please retain the product in its original packaging, with labels attached, and do not wear the product at all. Please courier the garment back to us. Please note that the courier cost would be for your account. The refund will be LESS the payment fees and less the original courier fees. ( Payfast or Payflex).

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of payment being made. Please note that cancellation of orders will attract a 15% charge for administration costs and refunds will be made within 7 working days. ​

What happens when I receive a defective garment? Please notify us by email within 7 days of delivery on accounts@hannahgrace.co.za We will then instruct you on the process going forward.

Please send us a picture of the defect when sending it through your email. ​

What happens if I receive the incorrect order?

Please notify us by email within 7 days of delivery, as specified on the packing slip/invoice you received with your delivery. You can contact us at accounts@hannahgrace.co.za

How do I know if you have received my returned goods?

Can I get a cash refund for a voucher?

No, vouchers can be exchanged for cash.

Can I exchange or return SALE or CLEARANCE items?

No CLEARANCE items cannot be exchanged or returned. ​

What happens if items go on SALE after I have just purchased them?

If you purchase an item, have paid for the item and we then offer a SALE before your item is sent we will use our discretion on whether or not a refund for the difference can be paid. If your garment has been packed, sent, or delivered, no refund for the difference will be paid. Please email us at accounts@hannahgrace.co.za
